Kayla at Interstate Bank made the entire banking process easy from start to finish. She helped us open our business bank account and guided us through obtaining a line of credit with professionalism, knowledge, and excellent communication. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in helping your business succeed, I highly recommend working with Kayla at Interstate Bank.

5 stars for working with Kayla! She REALLY knows her stuff. It took one sit down with her to realize that I needed to shift to First Interstate Bank immediately. She was straight with me, with no nonsense. I have been with my current bank for over 20 years, and I have NEVER experienced the level of care and expertise that Kayla gave to me just in our first meeting. Every time after that, I have grown more and more confident and happy in the decision I made to change banks.
