- TBT Burke4 days ago1.0I typically have a wonderful experience with no issues I’ve used yall with my auto loan and buying my home and even considering opening my business acct through yall but today I had the most unfriendly and unwelcoming experience when I came into the lobby before I even got to the available teller I could tell she was not happy no smile no welcome in nothing I walk up to operator number 3125 and give her my card with my acct stuff on it she doesn’t say a word then randomly gives me this snarking tone “ what can I help you with and a up an down look “ it caught me so off guard I ended up asking her in concern are you okay? She ignored me so I said it again “ma’am are you okay?” She responds Yahh why??? I said well you seem unfriendly towards me she laughs sarcasticly and says that’s so funny! I just stayed quiet in shock I couldn’t understand how making a customer feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable is funny? I told her I wanted to withdraw money from my acct so I was just waiting on that it was so uncomfortable that I was considering moving to a different teller but at this point she was already pulling my money when she handed it to me she didn’t count it back she didn’t offer me a envelope she just said here and I laughed in shock as I walked out told my daughter who was there well she was a peach wasn’t she ? And my daughter said I know right because she noticed the tellers behavior was unfriendly as well no reason! This was uncalled for. Please please please train your tellers to have better customer service or be selective on who you hire because this was not okay or was unprofessional and never have I ever had any issues with yall until this interaction everyone is usually really great and we love this bank! I even went out of my way to ask if she was okay because maybe she was having a bad day who know but once she responded in sarcasm saying she thought it was so funny I knew she was just being rude for no reason.
