  I just want to give the biggest shout out to Greg Jones and Jennifer Ring. My issue is too much to type out but I have been trying to get some sort of resolution for 3 weeks now. They went above and beyond today, especially Jennifer, to give the other bank a kick in the butt and get my issue resolved. Fingers crossed that the other bank holds up their end. I'm just happy with some sort of forward movement on my issue instead of finger pointing. I cannot thank these two enough!

  I write this as I’m currently in the drive through. Waiting…I’m the only car….been waiting 12 minutes. Only sent cash. I keep being told to wait. 6 more minutes later…finally someone answers and completes the deposit. If you only have one customer in your drive-through, and you’re too busy to take care of them. You’re probably needing some reevaluation of your management

  Where to start? Regent Bank is a great banking experience. From right when you walk into the door, everyone makes you feel welcome. Everyone is very kind and sweet and are always open to talking. They have a vast amount of knowledge and always try and help educate you on whatever questions you have. It has been a pleasure working with Regent Bank, and I plan on working with them for a long time moving forward.
