- JJJCJul 6, 20261.0I’ve been a member of this credit union for 34 years. I used to love it. Not so much anymore. Everything has changed over the last few years. The good people have retired, then they started with remote work and everything went downhill. You can never get your business taken care of in a timely manner because the remote people are never available. You have to set an appointment for someone to call you back. Ridiculous that a five minute request takes all day to complete. Covid is over! Get people back in the office where members come first once again. I also have an account at another credit union, TTCU. This is not a problem there. I’ve debated so many times about moving everything over there. I hate to, because I’ve been with you so long and have a history. Please get your priorities in order.
