- TMTyler Mayhan2 days ago1.0I was a member of OKCU for many years and they helped me with multiple loans. After paying off one of my loans, I had some excess funds that I left in a savings account with them. I honestly forgot about the money (it was a bit over $300) until I logged on to my account today to check on a loan I thought was through OKCU. My savings was down $100 because I was losing $10 per month for "Inactive account" for the past 10 months. I'm sure there was a notice sent at some point, and I don't blame them for my oversight. If you are going to deposit money with this credit union, by all means, make sure you are going to keep that money hopping! Since I like to keep some money in savings that isn't hopping, I moved my money (what was left of it) to another location that will allow my money to sit in peace.
