  Larry and his team are great. Larry has a lot of knowledge about personal and business taxes and has helped me over the past 10 years navigate complex tax issues. Would highly recommend for anyone to use Larry and his team to avoid tax headaches.

  A big Thank You to Christy, Larry and the staff for helping me get caught up with tax returns when I moved here back in 2015. They have processed my tax returns ever year since. When your returns are completed, they are delivered in a very professional manner and before hand they are happy to help with questions or concerns to properly arrive at the best legal results.   I went there to have an addendum to my 2019 taxes..this was end of summer 2021, so when it took 2 weeks to be finished I understood… however I didn’t get a call from them when it was done, I had to call and eventually go in to know it was done. I sent what they had done to the IRS.. 8 months later the IRS sent it back with a letter stating it wasn’t filled out correctly or completely… so I took it back into Tax Guy.. After over a month passed and I hadn’t heard anything, so went in..one of the associates told me they didn’t understand the form, she would research it and call the next day.. she didn’t .. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but I didn’t hear anything and called 2 weeks later, she told me it has to go to Larry, the CPA, which would be another month. Nothing but excuses were told to me.. I elected to just pick up my forms..they are very unprofessional at communicating, interrupt you when you are talking, and just give excuses. A shady place for sure

  Seriously go with Jackson Hewitt or somebody else who offers a guarantee. This guy doesn't generally do the taxes, his workers do, and they missed a big one for us. We got a great return but two years later owed half of it back because of their mistake. His solution? $30 for fees and interest on the mistake his company made. I paid $150 which he said is less than he normally charges. HORRIBLE.
