  Debra, Senior Member Service Representative at Communication Federal Credit Union is amazing! I came in for an auto loan, and she took care of me right away. She walked me through the entire process and made everything easy to understand. She was professional, informative, and trustworthy. I even came back with more questions later, and she took the time to help me again without hesitation. Thank you, Debra — you are the best!

  Unless you have plenty of time to waste, I wouldn't bother applying at CFCU for a mortgage loan! We applied, got a response to send in pay stubs, W2s, tax documents, etc. with no acknowledged receipt of our very important documents, even after several inquiries. We were in the dark and didn't think anything was approved, wondering if we should just move on. We went 60+ days before they responded to any of our emails. Then, we were passed over to a Sr. Loan Processor who was nothing more than a bully by dictating how we were to use the funds -- not wanting to go with our plan. Again, 60+ days from the loan application and they're still trying to verify income! Made solicitations on our behalf without our permission or consent. Total waste of time and very unprofessional! Thought we would do better locally, but there's A LOT less hassle going online.
