  I left the Credit Union direct deposit and tried Chase Bank out. My experience with Chase was horrible and I'm closing accounts there and returning full funds back to CFCU. Chase staff was not friendly. Management was overall rude. And they were always correcting me or denying me something. I am. Doctorate Professor Emeritus in 2 Fields and was regularly disrespected. Chase did not investigate unauthorized charges nearly as good as CFCU does. They reversed a refund and gave PayPal $85 of mine and I have never done business with PayPal. You as a consumer can tell your institution what alerts you want. Chase sent me a message saying they would no longer do 2 of my alerts because "of the nature of my relationship with Chase Bank. My credit report recently reported I have paid on time over 168 times and have 0 late payments. I'm the type of customer a bank should want to have and Chase treated me like a problem for some reason I just don't know. Additionally, CFCU has the best mobile banking app/software of any of them. So, CFCU I'm coming back to you. Dr. Jones

  All the tellers are so kind and helpful! They even transferred money from my account to an external competitor without one complaint! They even showed me how to add an external account to my CFCU app! Because I asked if it was possible. They still believe in customer service, and I really appreciate that. Plus they generally always offer the highest interest rates on Cds. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fee free banking and excellent service.

  Staff was not as friendly as in the past. When I asked a question she didn’t actually listen before giving me an answer that I already had. Never actually got the answer I needed.

  Horrible customer service in the drive through, April was very rude and sarcastic. Some one else had to help and she made the experience a lot better than April did.
