  Nightmare after nightmare with this credit union. I had a loan against my truck a few years ago, they screwed up and lost the title, it was a NIGHTMARE to untangle that web due to their incompetence. And now most recently, they hit my credit with a hard inquiry when they told me they wouldn't do that until they have an idea whether or not I would qualify otherwise. This credit union is AWEFUL. VERY incompetent! I will never do business with them again. Save yourself frustration and go elsewhere....

  this location is the worst.. that why im giving 1 star.ive been having a problem i came to the drive thru for deposits and it happen to me twice.. that if i didnt check my reciept i shouldnt happen to anyone this. kind of service. but it happen to me 2 times so when i check my reciept b4 i left to the drive thru the NAME is not my name! so basically they deposited my money to other account!! so be aware to this location over in SW. 89TH ST. if it happen once its okay but it happen twice.. its not a good service. im just saying be extra carefull.

  I use this location mostly for just drive through service for cash withdrawals. I have never had a bad experience. The people working there have always been friendly and professional. I never have to wait too long either which is nice. I would recommend CFCU to anyone looking for a credit union.
