Just opened a new account here and went to this branch in person today. I have to say they were honestly so kind and helpful! I needed like 6 things done and they happily and quickly helped me. I’m so glad I am switching from Bank of Oklahoma, because I also went there today, and was told to come back with an appointment. Thank you for making us feel welcome and for reiterating that we made the right choice in switching!

How does a bank make changes without notice? Why do they think it’s ok to start charging $9 and something just to swipe my card to make my car payment. They always trying to get more money!!

The Norman branch is bad, very slow service, very poor customer service. Waited in the drive thru 15 minutes, the gals inside didn't come to the window and say ( like most places do) .." hold on I will be with you momentarily" and more or less ignored me and everytime I've been inside, very unfriendly atmosphere

Always so friendly and professional. I've dealt with Jenifer and Dijoun recently, and the level of class is extraordinary.
