  How does a bank make changes without notice? Why do they think it’s ok to start charging $9 and something just to swipe my card to make my car payment. They always trying to get more money!!

  The Norman branch is bad, very slow service, very poor customer service. Waited in the drive thru 15 minutes, the gals inside didn't come to the window and say ( like most places do) .." hold on I will be with you momentarily" and more or less ignored me and everytime I've been inside, very unfriendly atmosphere

  WORST BANKING EXPERIENCES EVER!!! Would highly recommend NOT banking with this place (or any other branch of this bank) for any reason. Cashing a check (a check from their bank) was difficult and they charge you a fee. Employees were rude to me every single time I went in (probably close to 10 times). Treated me like i was there to rob the place, and this was before COVID had everyone wearing masks. DO NOT BANK HERE! If you get a check from someone that uses this bank, just deposit it into your bank account at your bank. And don't be surprised if they hit you with a random fee.
