I went in to make my Jeep payment after banking there for a year and the ladies at the front couldn’t even count change back correctly, and shorted me many times on my jeep payment on the cashback, they were always so rude and the last time I went in which was 226. They told me that I was no longer able to make my payment in there and then I needed to get out of the bank and I asked why and that I needed to make my jeep payment and they said because of my attitude last time, and my boyfriend and my daughter were in there with me and she shorted me money she was rude to me. She told me That she did everything correctly and I told her that it wasn’t and I needed to speak to a branch manager, and then got kicked out of the bank. I WANT TO SAY I WOULD NEVER BANK HERE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE
- PMPat MallonSep 4, 20241.0Tried to open a savings account and deposit a check. You would think my wife and I were Bonnie and Clyde. The woman who was "helping" us was rude and condescending. It seemed that she had no intention of opening the account for us. I finally got fed up with her 20 questions. Where do you work? She said, I'm retired, I said. Where did you retire from? She said so I told her. Now I'm thinking what the hell business is it of hers. Needless to say, we never opened the account. In response to your reply. We were not interrogated when we opened a checking account at a local bank.
