  Incompetent would be a compliment. The only person who still works for this bank after 5 years is the person who opened my original accounts (Do) he’s a good person with good customer service, and hopefully he will leave soon like the loan officers and general manager that worked here when I first opened my accounts. Between their loan officers leaving, and sending 3-4 emails with the same simple information to multiple people they held up my simple SBA loan for 6 months in which Regent handled very easily in 30 days. Fraudulent companies like Windstream internet will continue billing you with no recourse, and First Oklahoma will allow it. If you’re considering doing business with this bank: don’t walk but run in another direction.

  I moved to First Oklahoma Bank many years ago from Bank of America after 17 years. It was the best move. I’ve ever made in banking. I needed a little help today, and Glenetta was exceptional in helping me. And I always have to say something about Barbi Mcnulty. She always goes above and beyond and helping in any thing I’ve ever needed. I highly recommend First Oklahoma Bank.

  It’s pretty bad when you go into cash your check on a Friday afternoon and a bank does not have enough money to even cash your check. They are not open on Saturday or Sundays to cash a check so you are out of luck. I definitely would never choose this bank to bank at, if they can’t keep enough money in the vault to honor checks on their accounts.
