- DDdecidoo doodleJul 22, 20241.0First experience was when my husband and I walked in with a $16,318.72 check from the sale of our home and wanted to open an account with $10000 of it they denied saying it was 7 business day hold on funds instead of calling the bank on the certified escrow check to even check to see if it was good. Went back today to open an account so the people buying our home can transfer funds from their account to our account and they denied my husband because his license has our permanent address on it (his mom's home) even though we have mail proving where we live. When we were in there to the first time a lady came in with her change jar the coin counter was already closed and the teller that was helping us told her they couldn't help there were only 2 people yet there were 4 people and security behind the counter. They don't want to help anyone in there and their customer service sucks. Point blank period would give zero stars if possible
