- LELeslie ErwinSep 10, 20261.0The communication federal tried to charge me $10 to pay on a loan with my debit card while my bank is branched with their bank. When I told the teller that I would not pay $10 to them to pay on a friends bill and she told me to walk to the ATM in the back of their building and use cash. The crazy thing is that since my bank in branched with them she could have done a transfer from my bank account to this bill for free but she didn’t care to take the time to do it. This is the only branch of Communication Federal that I have had problems with. Every other store is eager and happy to help without over charging the customer when they don’t haft to. This particular woman just didn’t care to inconvenience herself to take the extra effort to take care of the customer to the best of her ability.

I even get skip a month on my payments on the car which is to me pretty cool. I really like this bank and its loan department for auto I sound like a damn commercial Lol but I really liked the bank, so hands down for me when I finish launching my clothing line my Corp will go through them.....
