  It was very professional. The bank is really nice. They take care of me very well. I got my car through them. I even get skip a month on my payments on the car which is to me pretty cool. I really like this bank and its loan department for auto I sound like a damn commercial Lol but I really liked the bank, so hands down for me when I finish launching my clothing line my Corp will go through them.....

  Bank has held my account hostage for about a month now over a truck payment. Tried to get debit card replaced and nobody could get this processed properly for over a month. Was supposed to ship to the branch and they forgot to order the card twice. Then was told it wouldn't effect the current card usage, was turned off next day. Come by the branch and pull money from your account, oh wait we can't release 20 dollars to you until we have a date for your payment. Wouldn't ship to the house because of forwarding address issue, wasnt told until 2 weeks later, after calling for a week straight about where my card is, that card was sitting at main branch in okc for a week because they can't be shipped to an address with a forwarding address order when you move. Bank refuses to process return payment from over a week ago, said it takes 7-10 days for the store to return money, store sent notice to bank 3 days ago that funds were returned and payment reversal was complete on their end, now they say could be 3-4 business days for the bank to recognize the refund and give me credit in my account. Then, they say come by and do a Visa dispute and the money will credit back right away while they dispute the payment, take off work to go by and be told, no that was wrong gonna be approx 7-10 business days. Meanwhile my account has overdrawn and been charged all kinds of fees because of the 100 dollars they refuse to credit back to me. My wife deposited her paycheck just like she has for 6 years and now all the sudden we can't get credit for the deposit and now we are overdrawn another 50 cents because her paycheck deposit shows complete, and in the account but not available yet. In 6 years it is the same check from the same employer and bank as it always it, why is there a problem now. I can't even make the truck payment they want because they still won't give me credit for my deposit. This all over a late truck payment. I will be switching banks soon. They tell you to come by and do this and you do then its something else when you get there. Customer service here sucks!
