  When I say there is NO GOOD customer service anymore I mean that! Let's start off by saying this was my second location to visit. The first location off of 150th. Just referred me to a website and sent me on my merry way! CFCU...sent me a check for 159.15. ( for a data breach they caused) the check was issued from them but they kept stating they were working with a third party ( take ownership for your mistake) mind you CFCU never did! Kept shifting the blame. I admitted it was my fault on thinking I had already cashed the check. I asked could they re issue check ? A gentleman reached out stated he would start the process. Never got back with me. I have memory issues when I got a email from CFCU stating be cautious of fraud. I called on Friday 30 min before closing and ask to speak with a supervisor. The representative told me they dont have supervisor to take calls on Friday ( Are you serious) She then transferred me to a branch and spoke with Quinton from the location im writing this review on now. I explained every detail that I had gone through to make sure nothing was left out. Quinton didn't understand why they didn't take the check but I could bring it in Saturday morning to his location they opened up at nine and ask for him and he would cash it and put in my savings there?( no explaining of any fees( When I arrived of course he wasn't working.( go figure) I spoke with Dalton explained to him! The same scenario. He advised he had a manager and would explain to them. Only for him to come back and say what I already knew. He could take the check it probably would come back since it was past the date to cash. And I would get a fee! He looked at me and I looked at him. Sir I know for a fact your credit union can wave the fee and go into your total loss and recoup those funds into my account. It wasn't like I was taking the funds and running off to my main CU, I was going put it directly into my savings there. He kept fiddling with that computer and saying it's past the date. When I asked why didn't your manager come out and speak with me instead of having two customers listen to my conversation of explaining how Dalton/Brittany the manager were trying to yet again send me on my way with no solution. Brittany after helping a customer next to me. Proceeded to lie and state she was helping a member on the drive thru. Lie because there was Noone in drive through when I walked in. Brittany let me know with her smart mouth that she was here now. I stated I see you Brittany. After yet again going back and forth she stated she could put the check into my account and if it came back she would watch the account and refund the fee. I still had to ask also can you check with your payment ops department or accounting dept whatever CFCU called it to get the funds put into my savings. Brittany said she would check on it. Again PULLING TEETH over you would think CFCU gave me a million dollar check! My father and several members have accounts there . Maybe if I was white they would have better helped me. But nope I am proud black person. Thank you Brittany off if I 35 /frontage road. Your mouth must hurt from all the lies told and the Pulling of your teeth to even get the little help you offered!
