  I have had a very frustrating experience with Communication Federal Credit Union's Zelle service. Almost every time I need to send money to a new recipient through Zelle, my transfer gets restricted and I am forced to call customer service to get it resolved. As a grown adult managing my own finances, I should not have to contact the bank every time I want to send a legitimate transfer. What makes the situation even worse is that customer service is impossible to reach after 6 PM or the weekend. If an issue occurs in the evening, you're essentially stuck waiting until the next business day. This creates unnecessary delays and inconvenience for customers who rely on digital banking services. In addition to that the customer representative was rude as hell, saying is their policy to always call whenever you initiate a zelle transfer and hanged up on me. I bank with other financial institutions, and none of them require this level of intervention for routine Zelle transactions. The constant restrictions, lack of flexibility, and limited customer support hours make the experience extremely frustrating. Communication Federal Credit Union needs to improve its Zelle process and provide better support for customers who simply want to access and use their own money without unnecessary obstacles.
