    I will be banking at different credit union coming up. I can do much better than using this bank to get my credit back to where it needs to be!

    Update: They have not responded to any emails sent to the address provided. Very disappointing to say the least. In the beginning they were great and very helpful, and for the most part, still are. As another reviewer said, I've received different answers for the same topic a few times now. My main issue is they don't seem to value attention to detail. When transferring my auto loan from my parents to me, they didn't bring over the same protections that we had purchased the first go around into the new loan, mainly GAP insurance. When refinancing into my name, I took out the equity on my car, as I had gotten behind on other bills and had to pay them immediately. In this time of distress, I wasn't thinking to double check that everything stayed the same. I wish I would have now, as they refuse to add the protection back to my loan. I didn't even know it wasn't moved over until years later when I inquired about it. Now, I'm upside on a vehicle that, if I get into an accident, won't have enough money to pay off the vehicle, which is something I think about every day. We agreed to keep the GAP insurance on the loan that day, and I could kick myself for not double checking our agreement. Though I would like to recommend them, this is something that has left an irreversible stain on my relationship with this credit union. If doing business with them, I would be cautious.

    We've banked here for the last 6 years. Everytime we have a question or need to change/add/remove something, we call & then come in and get a completely different answer. Over the years there's been at least 5x this has happened. I'm not sure why it's so hard for everyone here to be on the same page, but it is very frustrating at times.
