- KSkaya stallcup1 day ago1.0Been here since I was old enough to open an account. Loved the people- everything has been great. I will say that since I’ve moved out of town, anytime I need to call or stop by the employees have had the worst attitudes and take so long to give you any kind of help. Have any questions? They might get answered in between holds and angry pick up with attitude. I understand it can be a busy day and questions can be frustrating but I’m truly just trying to get my things figured out and needed some help with that. Used to love this bank. Now it’s gone downhill.

Anytime I need something done with my account, I send a quick email or a phone call & it’s handled right away. Even living 60 miles away, I still call this branch. The assistant branch manager, A1 service. Love this branch. Will continue to bank with them.
