  I have been a customer of PNC for over 20 years but they would not notarize a document created by an attorney. The request is to notarize my signature therefore it should not matter the origin of the document. Very poor customer service and apparently no knowledge of what notarizing means

  MARCY SISSON , She was very well educated. She knew I had a birthday for my child and was trying her hardest to be efficient and fast-paced, double-checking everything and going beyond just to open a new account for me. She has, overall, the best customer service I’ve seen. Myself dealing with people in 2026 can be very overwhelming, and she handled every single issue with positivity.

  Worst bank ever! Even chime and cash app has this bank beat. Never have I had to wait so long for a direct deposit. And the fees! I will never bank with them again and never will refer any friends or family. This bank is trash. Better off going to woodforest

  The fees are crazy!!! They charged me $10 for having a zero balance which caused me to be negative and once I paid that fee the next day I paid it up to have another zero balance n be even, I was hit with yet another $10 fee literally the next day!!! The only good thing about pnc is that I can cancel my account over the phone instead of going in person

  This bank is trash. Best go to a real bank like Chase. PNC will screw you over any chance they get. Paying your credit cards will take the next business day, sometimes not even then. I usually have to wait 3 days till the money goes through. The staff is aweful at this branch, most staff are rude and nosy about what your taking money out for, like it's any of their business. Even wants to know what job you have, again, none of their business. Even trying to get online support to stop a fraudulent reoccurring payment they won't do it, they will twll you they can only let the fraud charge to your account & *maybe* they will reimburse you if you file a claim with them after they take your money. They might reimburse you if the bank thinks it's necessary. This bank does not support their coustomers, they are only out to profit off you.
