When I walked in I started walking up to a lady who asked me if she could help me in a very rude manner. I told her I needed a debit card she told me to take a seat again In a very rude manner. In the mean time another worker was talking to another employee for a good while. This gentleman could of very easily helped me! Then a older gentleman walked in the door and the talking guy took him immediately as I still sat in the lobby. I watched them and saw the older man ask the employee who was helping him if I was there first. The employee looked at me and waved his hand and looked at me very very rude. I was very uncomfortable at this point. I just wanted my debit card in which I called and made a appointment!!! And got looked over and treated like a pile of garbage. The lady who finally helped redeemed the visit and was very sweet and pleasant. But I was still done very wrong at a bank I have been at over 15 years. As soon as I can I will be taking my business to a bank who treats people with respect.
