The Wilmington location should really focus on fixing their inability to take accountability or try to make things right with their customers after wronging them. 0/10. Run!

I told her I was told to pick it up, and she said it has to mailed to you. Called the corp office back that rep told me no she is wrong they can do that there. So now it is 4:40 and the loan officer doesnt have time and I would have to come back tomorrow at 1. I had already had lined up tests drives at dealerships, needless to say I am not using them. Poor costumer service, must not need the buisness!!!
