  Five stars are not enough for the great service we receive at the Westlake branch! Craig and Justin have helped us multiple times with banking questions. They always take the extra time needed. It’s refreshing to see employees there with longevity. It makes me trust this bank!

  I GET A FRIENDLY GREETING EVERY TIME I ENTER THE BANK. I'm regular enough that staff and I call each other by name. Whichever teller helps me is always accurate and efficient.

  The Westlake branch of Flagstar has the nicest, most patient staff. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had amazing service with this branch and highly recommend them. Their customer service is out of this world!

  This bank is full of a wonderful staff offering old school customer service, that is so rarely found today my husband and I have banked here for many years, the name may have changed but the service is 6 out of 5.

  The tellers and everyone at Westlake OH branch is always pleasant, courteous and helpful. They have handled many what I thought were complicated transactions, and were very professional. I especially like that there are actual people working there. I wouldn’t have accounts there if there wasn’t.
