  The teller was unable to assist with the compromised card, necessitating that I resolve the issue independently. Upon visiting the Tylersville branch, I was informed that the initial teller should have provided assistance. Consequently, I will not be returning to the original location.

  Took my daughter over 45 minutes to cash a PNC ISSUED CHECK!!! “We might not have the money” it’s only $6100.00!!! What kind of bank doesn’t have $6100 in their vault!!! Then they insisted on her opening an account and depositing $25 so they could cash one of their own checks and not charge her $128.00 if your bank issues a check, you should be able to cash it for people and not charge them fees. What an awful place and next time you wanna give somebody a hard time and be rude Sheila do it to somebody else!!!! This lead teller went so far as to call progressive and make sure the money was on the claim. What kind of policy is this if somebody brings in a PNC bank check cash your damn check and don’t charge people fees you jerks.

  Always short staffed . Always hard to deal with If you need a bank don’t come here you will lose your time and work. Try Chase Bank couple blocks away they seem to be much versed in many aspects

  Slow and not attentive to detail. No sense of regard for others time. I had to return twice due to issues that the banker made. Really disappointing.
