The branch in my town closed and Wadsworth is the next closest. However you cant go inside and the "teller" on camera was in a different state. This is not customer service! You trying to save money is loosing you business!

Whether it’s the fact that they don’t have tellers, don’t have five dollar bills, or are the biggest PITA when it comes to notarizing documents, you can always be assured you’ll have a problem when you need their help. Thankfully, I have an account at U.S. Bank and can go to them after I am disappointed by my visit with PNC Bank. If it wasn’t such a hassle to change my bill pay, I would’ve been done with this bank a long time ago. There’s also the fact that there are actually intelligent people that work at other PNC branches, just not the one in Wadsworth.
