They said that I did not have the required amount of flood insurance (which in fact I did have the required amount). I called a spoke to a gentleman (questionable) who was clueless. Could not tell me why I had a policy taken out by the bank. I went to the Ravenna branch. They were just as clueless and rude besides. It took weeks to get this cleared up. You need to stay clear of this institution. There knowledge base is questionable at best.
