  I have banked with this institution for more than 30 years—long before it was known as First National Bank. Incredibly, some of the same employees who opened my very first account when I was 15 years old are still there today. Unfortunately, longevity has not translated into quality. Despite maintaining seven active accounts with FNB, this has consistently been the worst banking relationship I have ever had. Customer service is indifferent at best, proactive support is nonexistent, and there is little indication that they value either their customers or their business relationships. What is perhaps most surprising is how completely unconcerned they seem about retaining clients. Whether you keep one account or seven appears to make no difference. Over the years, I have repeatedly found the bank to be inefficient, unresponsive, and frustratingly difficult to work with. Thirty years of loyalty should count for something. At FNB, it doesn't appear to count for much at all.

  Had the bank for a long time the atm slide me a single instead of a 20 and Twinsburg first national doesn't care. Never do business with them.
