- DCDavid CohenMay 11, 20261.0Don't waste your time with PNC’s mobile banking. It is a masterclass in incompetence. Every year the app crashes and forces a login reset that is impossible to complete. The app asks for your information, you provide it, and it tells you it's wrong. I spent an hour on the phone with support only to be given "solutions" that were factually incorrect. They insisted my Tax ID was the key, but even that failed because the app and the website don't sync properly. The fact that their own support team doesn't understand that you can't change mobile credentials on the actual app shows how disconnected this bank is from reality. They are providing 1990s technology at 2026 prices. Total systemic failure.
