  The Bank cant even give u change since there are no tellers. How else are you supposed to get change?? Stupidest thing I have heard.

  Don't waste your time with PNC’s mobile banking. It is a masterclass in incompetence. Every year the app crashes and forces a login reset that is impossible to complete. The app asks for your information, you provide it, and it tells you it's wrong. I spent an hour on the phone with support only to be given "solutions" that were factually incorrect. They insisted my Tax ID was the key, but even that failed because the app and the website don't sync properly. The fact that their own support team doesn't understand that you can't change mobile credentials on the actual app shows how disconnected this bank is from reality. They are providing 1990s technology at 2026 prices. Total systemic failure.

  I only go to the bank once a year to get 3 checks cut for my income taxes. Please keep in mind that I have 3 accounts with PNC 2 personal and 1 business. This branch wanted to charge me $10 per check for a cashiers check and $1.50 per check for convenience checks. After I explained that I had all my money in their bank they still refused to give me a break even on the convenience checks. I stormed out. Later that day I stopped at my branch and the manager politely said 'we can waive the charges on convenience checks for you'. Too bad my branch is closing as the manager really knows about customer service and keeping customers happy. My branch on Sylvania Ave across from Fricker's as always been helpful and understanding. Central Ave branch forget about it! They are just about the fees! Time to relocate all my bank accounts again!
