- PPPamelaMar 4, 20261.0I see why this location got a 1 star review. My son and I couldn't be helped because my POA was done at Reynolds location (even though Reynolds scanned and sent it). We were told it needed to go to their legal Dept...smh...I learned that was not true! I also couldn't be helped with ACH that day or even later until I made an appt. Being a railroad employee doesn't give the freedom of going to a bank just any day or time. I'll stay with my credit union over big banks.

By far the worst service I have ever received by Kay Foster (Bank Manager) 3 weeks prior to this, I came to this same bank and got a cashiers check by using my bank debit card, and my work ID (photo, first/last name, credentials)I recently lost my license, but have the picture (front/back) as well as my expired license with same current address, and for some reason this bank manager refused to allow me to pull MY MONEY out of the bank, stating they couldn’t/ wouldn’t do what was okay’d and done weeks prior? I will be switching my bank immediately. Would give zero stars if I could.
