Everyone that works here has been super stellar over the years. The young man Elijah is an incredible guy. Definitely glad that I bank here

Customer service is horrible. No one spoke to me or ask why I was there. Not inviting or welcoming. Glad I don’t bank here.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this PNC bank. By far the worst service I have ever received by Kay Foster (Bank Manager) 3 weeks prior to this, I came to this same bank and got a cashiers check by using my bank debit card, and my work ID (photo, first/last name, credentials)I recently lost my license, but have the picture (front/back) as well as my expired license with same current address, and for some reason this bank manager refused to allow me to pull MY MONEY out of the bank, stating they couldn’t/ wouldn’t do what was okay’d and done weeks prior? I will be switching my bank immediately. Would give zero stars if I could.

The ladies are extremely rude and they always give me attitude over my deposits and change orders. They always short me on my change and never count my money in front of me anymore. Wouldn't recommend this bank.
