For the busiest branch and right on the circle, you would think they would be fully staffed. 2 tellers for this location isn’t fair for the employees or the customers! As long as I can remember it has been this way. Props to Heather the teller lead for handling herself with grace and still going above and beyond for every client. Shame on PNC and shame on whoever is in charge of staffing.
