- MSMichael SokeDec 4, 20191.0Went into branch to deposit money into my checking account. Spoke with marry ann and told her my intentions. I handed her 250 dollars and said I want to deposit that and she rudely says "what is that" to which I replied "THE MONEY THAT'S IN YOUR HANDS" I wish they would have never closed the Poland branch those girls were so friendly. Been with PNC for a very very long time back to when they were national city and I'm going to close all my accounts and move them to my credit union ASECU. not because of this one incident but because I as well as everyone else can see the pattern. 1 last thing there are some very friendly ladies working at the struthers location but as long as I'm with pnc I will go a little further to a different branch
