  Hate going to this location. Unfortunately, its the closest to my home. I tried to deposit a 3rd party check made out to my 18 yo son (who was present w me this time and every other time I'd done it before) and was told he had to be on my account in order to do it. The clerk was so rude. So you mean to tell me anyone signing a check over to you has to be on your account to be able to do it? Even when they've signed it over and are present with you when doing it? This was not the first time ive done it. She was just rude n didnt want to do it bc we got in before doors locked. Go to another branch. This one is awful. Rude and didnt know what she was talking about.

  Miss Lydia helped us so much. She answered all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this credit union to friends and family and have.

  Justine is extremely disrespectful. Would give zero stars if possible. Completely useless staff. Bank is incompatible with any payment app. Will likely take my money elsewhere.

  I needed a document notarized and called first to see if they could perform this service for me. An extremely helpful woman on phone scheduled an appointment for me to come in as soon as I could get there. Arrived 15 minutes later, walked right in and was greeted by two wonderful employees. One took my document, notarized it and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Awesome service each time I walk into the Strongsville location. When leaving everyone wished me good health and told me to stay safe! Thank you everyone!!!
