- LCLauren ConklinFeb 9, 20262.0I used to love this bank but this transition with CIVISTA bank has been the furthest thing from smooth. The documents sent have been misleading and now I am 30 min from home without a working debit card since now our numbers/cards are invalid and no longer active. The documentation states you can start activating new debit cards today but you have until March 31st to activate. Why have that as a deadline if the cards shut off on a Monday??? Not to mention hours changing and they are not updated online. Beyond frustrated
