- KMKaden Miller4 days ago5.0I went to the Pickerington branch yesterday with my payroll check. I usually have it direct deposited but had a paper check because I had just switched my direct deposit to PNC. I was helped by Audrey and just came here to say that she is awesome at her job. Meant to be in customer service. She was extremely polite, professional and helped me with exactly what I needed. I went in that day with a common problem that I’ve always dealt with when going into banks and other establishments. I briefly explained my situation and no questions asked she cashed my check and assured me that the rest would be available the following morning, even though it’s the day before the Fourth of July, and usually a federal bank holiday. I woke up this morning to all my funds released as she promised. Keep being an exceptional human being, Audrey, because sometimes the smallest thing can change the course of someone’s day. PNC, give this woman her recognition and a raise. She’s a gem at your branch.

After 30 years at 5/3 and having to change banks was heartbreaking. Pnc VP Branch VP Mr. Scott offered us water, opened the front door ECT. Made a smooth transition and we left happy. Nothing but good things to say about service and Mr. Scott.
