A month later I called again, and was told the same thing. I made an appointment, spent my time, and was told 'nope, I don't know why they told you that, we can't open a safe deposit box without an account.'
- LRLaura RohdeFeb 18, 20262.0I’ve had a great experience with PNC bank but this branch is not a good one. Yesterday, I went into the branch for an appt and I had to wait 10 minutes. I needed to change my last name and they spelled it wrong. I corrected them and they spelled it wrong again. Finally, I signed for the correct spelling. After being there over an hour, I check my bank acct today and they still spelled my name wrong. Now I have to take more time, go to a different branch and get it fixed before they mail me all my cards with the wrong name on it. So frustrating. It’s unfortunate I have to go to a branch outside of where I live but worth it to not have my time wasted.
