  The people here are nice enough but using this as your financial institution is a scam. You cannot cash a check here unless you have the full amount of the check already in your account. Which I get, but the credit union I go to will let you cash your check. Additionally, they charge you for transferring between your accounts over a certain number of times. But also if you have any payments coming out of your savings they count that as a transfer and will charge you for paying your bills! Which is such a scam. I’ve also heard that after you graduate and get off of the student plan you’ll be charged like $7 a month unless you have over $500 in the account. Unsure if that’s for the checking or savings. But it’s one of them and either one it’s disgusting. Imagine charging people more money because they’re poor. Like I said, the people here are amazing. They are always really nice and helpful. It’s just a shame that banks only care about making profit instead of helping and building a good relationship with their clients. If you can bank through a credit union do that. I’m switching to a credit union because PNC’s business practices are awful.

  The worst experience ever in addition to around $90 confiscated by the bank for failed wire transfer!! they Took $45 as a transfer fees which was OK. then because of a missing info, the money transfer failed because PNC bank did not respond to "the receiver bank" about the missing information! the worst thing was wasting 40 days to tell me that the wire transfer was unsuccessful!!! in addition PNC took another $43 to return the money back!! and they refuse to give me a document to prove this! what the hell!!??
