- SOShannon OttSep 26, 20265.0Kind, friendly and capable staff who will greet you by name when they remember you 💕 and who are professional as well as patient. They always have a notary available and don't charge for account holders. I prefer to deposit multiple checks individually, and I often need reminded on how to do certain things, and they never give me any sense that I'm a burden. I appreciate it so much. There is a nice drive thru, but I actually enjoy going into the building for any banking needs, and that means a lot coming from someone who would rather never run into another person or have to go out to run errands. Their account security is very good, too.
