- MHMarlene HermanJun 7, 20263.0Generally bank is pretty ordinary. Some tellers much friendlier than others. Some are borderline mundane. Still others are exhausting . I have been a customer for nearly 30 years. Although sometimes as a business owner to an authorized signer on account. Attempting to withdraw $400 in cash should not be stressful. Teller asked for ID, but account was under maiden name. After the "look" and subsequent question regarding different names, I said it was my maiden name. Gave her a credit card matching D/L name. The address matched my D/L. She said she would need to get Supervisor approval. I said I could give her a credit card with maiden name and she that would help, but still needs Supervisor approval. Off she went for over 5 minutes. I would have just left, but she had my cards. Finally returned and counted out cash. As an elderly woman, not intimidating, begs the question why? Is it the rules, the fact they are new (didn't act like it), or maybe.... They have turnover and do not bother to be friendly, but rather skate the line of being professional. It is 2026 and time to make a note on your file, but perhaps customer satisfaction is not a priority. IMHO
