- CHCynthia HilstonFeb 3, 20255.0The drive-thru ATM wasn't working, so I went to use the walk-up one in front. Then that one was jammed. I was already having a bad day and almost in tears. Two employees were walking out just after closing. Seeing me, they were very kind and asked if they could help. They showed me how to create an access code with the mobile app to use the ATM, and I was able to get the money. These employees went above and beyond, staying after their shift, to help me. This is exemplary customer service. Thank you so much.
