We came into the North Olmsted branch in a panic while trying to close on our new home — there was a hold on our account we couldn’t resolve over the phone, and we walked in with no real expectations of a fix. Brittany greeted us and immediately understood how stressful the situation was. She was incredibly friendly, but also proactive — she listened, grasped how big a deal this was for us, and took charge until it was resolved. Thanks to her, we were able to move forward with closing on our home. Brittany was a true advocate for us!

Unhelpful. I have a business account with PNC. Refused notary services for an Affidavit. Clearly states on the PNC website that they will notarize Affidavits.

The staff were very friendly, I'm from out of state and used the atm. It did not give the denominations I requested, so I went to the desk to break the large bills. Despite the fact I have loans from them, they refused to break my bills since I'm not a direct banking customer despite the error. Very disappointing, it would have been no cost to them and I already paid the atm fee.
