Being a Customer and being told to Go to another Bank to get a Credit Card Advance because there machine is always down or broken I quit asking. They need to work on there Customer Service Skills.

They’ve changed their hours to 10 am. This is very inconvenient for someone who has a job and needs to get cash out of their account.
