  I have dealt with big bank and have been very disappointed with each one of them. One of those banks even allowed someone to go into our accounts and remove our life savings. Our personal checking account my business account and my business savings account. After months of fighting with that bank, we never received one dime back. They said there was no proof we didn't do it. And that was the end of that. First national bank has always been very personable, always able to deal with any thing we needed help with, and they protected us from criminals, who stole our card numbers and we're purchasing things from stores. The people at first national took care of that immediately, and everything was restored to our accounts. You couldn't ask for a better bank and believe you me.I've known a lot of people in my lifetime that have dealt with other banks including myself. First national might not be one of the giant banks out there, but it's better than any of them.

  Don't waste your time with this place. Didn't even offer my 92 yr old gma a seat in office (before pandemic) as she was opening an account. Extremely rude. Don't travel as they have a $300 limit at atm. So much hassle.
