My appointment with Savannah Tye started right on time, and I appreciated the reminders beforehand. The staff also kindly explained that appointments are coordinated systematically and designed to route everything to the correct office and help prevent delays, which I thought was very reassuring. Everything felt organized, efficient, and professional.

We arrived early, went through the hassle of getting access to the parking lot, and then waited.. and waited. She never showed up. After reading another recent review describing the same situation, it's honestly concerning. This doesn't seem like a one-time issue. When your trusting someone with something as important as your taxes, reliability is the bare minimum. Not showing up for confirmed appointments with no communication is completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here.

I had an appointment for Friday(my off day from work) Turbo Tax employee Savannah cancelled the appointment Friday morning and rescheduled it for Tuesday. When I'm at work!!!! I called Friday afternoon to see if there was any availability on Saturday( another off day) for me. The lady I talked to was like let me look. She said we have an 4pm appointment for Saturday available. I said I will take it. So she scheduled me. I got an Email confirmation along with a text message confirmation for 4 on Saturday. Saturday is here so at 2pm. I get a text message saying looking forward to seeing you in 2 hrs. Great! Right that's what I thought!!!!! So I get to the building and try all 3 doors. They are all locked!!!!! UGHHHHHH So I call Turbo Tax and talk to Ennis. He said let me put you on hold and check in with the Turbo Tax rep (Savannah) He comes back and says Oh! They closed the building early today. We can reschedule you for Monday when you are working!!!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!!! That's why I had originally scheduled it on Friday!!! Then Saturday!!!!!! So BEWARE and DO NOT use Turbo Tax in Old Milford at 220 Mill St. Almost sounds like criminals working there. If there were zero stars I would have given that rating
