- DHDianne HAug 4, 20261.0This is my Dads bank. I had to take over the responsibility of paying my parents bills after Mom died. I went into the bank Several times trying to set things up to be able to use his money to Help pay his own bills. I mean dozens of bank visits. I had general & health Power of Attorney for my Dad due to his Alzheimer’s. I was told by bank tellers & managers the info that would supposedly be needed when I called to get approval to access his account. It never matched up. I made the calls with My Dad right there answering the questions they asked him. Luckily (ornot) I was able to get funds from my Savings account. This would not have been necessary if I was able to use any of his money. Now he is passed & the second tax bill is due. Guess who gets to dip deeper in her savings to pay it. Their right hand doesn’t know what their other hand is doing & the bank just doesn’t have client friendly policies in place. Do not choose this bank.
