  I’ve been a Realtor for 19 years and closed over 2800 homes and my transaction with AB Patel has been top 5 WORST EXPERIENCES EVER. If you want zero communication, lies (on a recorded line), missed deadlines, clients being homeless because of his negligence… then call AB Patel. (The phone is how he talked to the buyers agent in this deal 5 hours AFTER WE WERE ALL AT THE CLOSING TABLE WAITING ON HIM)

  We have been banking at 1st National Bank from 2020 and our experience has been pleasant all the times. Always clean, comfortable, and nice from inside. Justin, Brad, Hannah, Jazzlyn, and Arlandria are always welcoming and treat us well. Everyone at the bank is knowledgable and know their work. I highly recommend banking at 1st National.

  At 47 years old, I’ve banked at quite a few different institutions. 1st National will be my last. I’ve banked here for about 10 years now and there is literally no comparison. I’ve banked at small hometown banks and large nationwide ones as well. None have given me the service, care, security, and kindness that 1st National has provided me. I typically only do reviews for really great or really poor services so people can know to either stay away or give it a try. If you are looking for a bank that has everything big banks offer but hometown service that’s personal effective, let 1st National Bank take care of your money and any other financial needs. Stop in to the branch on Mason-Montgomery Brad, Hannah, Colton, and Arlandria. All are kind and more than capable of taking care of your financial needs. With multiple locations around northern Cincinnati and a fantastic bank app to boot, you won’t go wrong with 1st National. It’s one of those place that, IFKYK!

  I was having such a hard day, and stopping at the bank just felt like one more thing I had to check off my list. Little did I know that walking in would completely turn my day around. Colton was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. His positive attitude and great customer service completely flipped my mood. It’s rare to come across someone who can make that kind of impact during such a simple interaction, but Colton definitely did. Thank you for making my day so much better!
