- TTTTJun 6, 20261.0I came in to find out why my daughter student account was closed and to open another account. I arrived at 12:33. They close at 1pm. After they researched why her account was closed she told me I would need to come back on Monday to open a new account. I asked why she said because they wouldn't have enough time to open the account by 1pm. If I arrive to the bank before they close I should be able to handle whatever business I need as I arrived prior to closing! This was extremely poor customer service.
- ZMZack MMay 19, 20261.0Believe the negative reviews for this branch—they accurately reflect the poor customer service and overall experience you can expect from this branch , We called more than two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and were provided specific information by an employee named Stephanie. When we arrived for our appointment, we spent over 30 minutes meeting with a representative before being informed by the branch manager that the information we had been given was incorrect and that Stephanie was "no longer with the company." That is not an acceptable explanation. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by bank employees when scheduling appointments. Even more concerning, the employee we met with also appeared unfamiliar with the bank's own policies. As a result, our time was completely wasted, and the entire experience demonstrated a serious lack of communication, training, accountability, and customer service. Avoid this branch at all costs. Based on our experience, they do not value their customers' time and do not show even basic respect when they have wasted it.
