  I would like to compliment Jackie who is a bank specialist at your Mayfield Heights Branch. She exhibits both an upbeat and courteous attitude which is unfortunately not shown at many establishments. She was caring, patient and professional. Jackie is a Rockstar and hopefully the higher-ups recognizes her spirit and determination to create a positive experience for the customer.

  Serious trust breach. Transaction #00482. Made a very large deposit yesterday - I told the teller I wanted it deposited into my MONEY MARKET account. Later that evening I checked my balance on line and it was not showing like it normally does. At least I had my little paper receipt. Next morning the deposit was showing - in my CHECKING account, leaving that amount exposed and at risk! The bank itself advised me to open the money market account to protect large deposits and balances. I then transferred it to the proper account. Also, I should have been advised it would not be visible until the next morning. This is a serious error due to lack of attention to detail and reflects poorly on management. Can PNC be trusted with your money? Update: The day I discovered the bank's mishandling of my funds, I called the branch at 9:06 AM and asked to talk with the manager. I was told she was in a meeting and would call me after the meeting. I called back at 11AM and a different person told me she is in meetings all day and will call me after the last one. It's been 6 days...no returned call, no voice mail. Does this PNC branch manager care about you?

  I came in to find out why my daughter student account was closed and to open another account. I arrived at 12:33. They close at 1pm. After they researched why her account was closed she told me I would need to come back on Monday to open a new account. I asked why she said because they wouldn't have enough time to open the account by 1pm. If I arrive to the bank before they close I should be able to handle whatever business I need as I arrived prior to closing! This was extremely poor customer service.

  Believe the negative reviews for this branch—they accurately reflect the poor customer service and overall experience you can expect from this branch , We called more than two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and were provided specific information by an employee named Stephanie. When we arrived for our appointment, we spent over 30 minutes meeting with a representative before being informed by the branch manager that the information we had been given was incorrect and that Stephanie was "no longer with the company." That is not an acceptable explanation. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by bank employees when scheduling appointments. Even more concerning, the employee we met with also appeared unfamiliar with the bank's own policies. As a result, our time was completely wasted, and the entire experience demonstrated a serious lack of communication, training, accountability, and customer service. Avoid this branch at all costs. Based on our experience, they do not value their customers' time and do not show even basic respect when they have wasted it.
