- RERobert Edwards3 days ago2.0Had issues with a compromised debit card. Wouldn't help at all with the issue. Was given totally invalid information on what to do. Have had same debit card issues in the past and they remedied them right there on the spot.
- RKRICK KIEFFERMar 4, 20261.0I went into the bank one day last week to deposit money. I was asked if there was anything else I needed. I stated would like some info on home equity lines of credit. I was told to wait. A few minutes later a man came over and told me he really didn't have any info to look online. Not come over and sit down and let's see what we can do or would you like to schedule a appointment. It reminded me of the day I tried to get $12,000 of my money out to buy a side by side and they wouldn't give it to me. I had to go to another branch to get it out. I think its time for a new bank.

- EGEmily GgJun 15, 20211.0I went to the drive thru with only 3 deposits..there was no other cars when we pulled up and when we sent the deposit over...well the attendee got alittle rude with me about my deposits and told me the main branch is open for a reason....and blamed me for the other cars that had to wait?...well I mean the same can be said for the other cars so why am I being targeted...it was a super unpleasant experience.
