  1st national has always done right by me. Today I had some issues with my account and Kelly and Hexly were able to help me fix it in no time at all. Alot better then fifth third ever was.

  I wanted to thank First National Bank for Kelly and Maria’s help with recent problems I’ve Had I believe they are both an asset to First National Bank And they Have great customer Service skills In today’s world, customer service is very hard to find And they have great people skills Keep up the great work, Kelly and Maria thank you so much for all your help

  I came into the bank this morning. As soon as I entered at 8:05 am I told the clerk I had $1,000 in 100s & 20s ONLY if she wanted me to separate it ..she said No then Puts it in a machine & hands me a receipt that says $963.00 I LEGIT JUST TOLD HER I HAD 3 100 DOLLAR BILLS & THE REST WAS 20S ... I JUST ASKED IF SHE WANTED ME TO SEPERATE IT! ISHOWED HER I JUST PULLED THE MONEY FROM THE A.T.M RIGHT BEFORE I CAME THERE. THE A.T.M ONLY LETS YOU TAKE OUT MULTIPLES OF TWENTYS! NO 5S OR 1S! I SHOWED HER ALL 5 $200 WITHDRAWLS on my bank statement on my phone 10 minutes before I came to the bank. She said NOTHING SHE CAN DO! SHE CANT PULL MONEY OUT TO SEE WHAT I DEPOSITED OR ECT. ITS ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. I LEGIT ASKED IF SHE WANTED TO SEPERATE IT & COUNT IT FIRST! I SWEAR ON THE BIBLE ...THERE WAS NO ONES, FIVES OR 10S IN THE MONEY I HANDED THIS WOMAN. IT WAS 3 ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS & $700, IN 20S!!!! I HAD TO "REPAY" the difference to my deposit!!!! Of the $37 TO make up for "Y'all's counter" mistake! I had $1,000 then had to pay another $37 because the woman said it counted only $963.00 NOT A THOUSAND! SO I ENDED UP ACTUALLY PAYING $1,037.00 FOR MY RENT!!!!! I know what I brought in, I just separated all the hundreds+TWENTYS in the car (teal Pontiac G5 there at 8:05am in ur parking lot! right out front ur doors Before I brought the money in!) I just pulled from a A.TM. like I have a bank statement for & the A.T.M only Despenses multiples of 20s & your clerk argued with me saying I was a liar! I showed her the proof will gladly show y'all!!!!! I left my number plus all details. Please call me! I need that money back!
