  I've been at PNC Bank for years and years I've traveled across the United States and that's the number one Bank that was always out there and you could get money or help on your account or anything no matter what state you're in

  I tried to find parking in downtown lancaster for 15 minutes, as a last resort to avoid having to cancel my appointment, I parked in the PNC Bank Lot. The sign specifically says "Bank Customer Parking Only", which I am a PNC customer and was planning on stopping in after my appointment to make a withdrawal. After my appointment, I came out to find my truck gone. I called the towing company and they stated that it was going to be $180 CASH ONLY. The towing company said they have removed 5 cars there today and it wasn't even noon yet AND they claim they tow cars there on a daily basis. They should be investigated for a SCAM. I will be moving all of my funds and banking out of PNC Bank.

  It doesn't matter if you call pnc every single day all day long, no one will answer your phone call. Employees don't seem to care about proper customer service etiquette on the phone or in person. I have to call other city's pnc to speak to someone and have questions answered. Save yourself the time and go to any other pnc in ohio if you need assistance

  It close to walk to and bank machine is 24/7 no big worries about parking.
