I prefer to use the tube to send it up because my bartending cash is always too wrinkled for the ATM machine. Although this consistent transaction could be easily done at the self service machine (with some more patience), Debbie who works at the window has always been more than delighted to service me. She always has a smile on her face and something to laugh about. Put too many coins in the tube one time almost causing it to get stuck……Debbie corrected me with patience and kindness. Shoved too many bills in the container once that it was hard for her to get them out…. again Debbie was firm but so so kind (yes I finally know the proper tube etiquette). Debbie is the exact kind of person I would want employed at my business. Now I know why she has worked for PNC for 11 years! Thank you Debbie for making my trips to the bank pleasant. I also want to shout out the young man that has longer hair who works inside. (He was at the front desk today by the door) He also always greets me with a smile. Keep it up!!
