Every question I had was answered quickly, and their follow-up is truly impressive. It’s rare to find a bank that cares this much about making sure the customer understands the whole process. Highly recommended!

I ordered a new card from this branch, with it being on my way home from work I figured 3-7 business days wouldn't be an issue (I have had issues with USPS where I live so I asked not to be shipped to my home) was told I'd get a phone call when it came into the branch. 3 weeks later still nothing, not even a courtesy call to check up with me. I might as well went up to the other branch on cementary rd to have a card made. Update: yesterday I went to the cemetery branch to cancel out the card they had ordered and to print me a card there. They did successfully, today I received a call that my card came in. HOW CONVENIENT IT JUST HAPPENS TO COME IN AFTER I HAD IT CANCELLED THE DAY BEFORE AFTER WAITING ALMOST A MONTH. Either they're full of it or that's one hell of a coincidence.

So today I stopped in to open 4 more accounts and was told that if I want to open any other accounts they need to all have direct deposit or a minimum of 500. Which my current account doesn’t require , even though 99% of the time that’s not an issue she was unwilling to help or adjust any requirements with opening these accounts . So I’ll take my business else where. Very upset with how this was handled and the delivery of the associate just came off as she didn’t want to deal with me bc she wanted to go to lunch .
