- A座苦ザックApr 3, 20241.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. These bankers took advantage of me for years. I'd run to other banks if I were you, specifically this location is the worst. I came in and asked for a high interest savings account years ago and they gave me a money market account. Looking at the table listed on their website, the interest rate is straight up garbage. I'd very VERY seriously suggest banking elsewhere. SoFI has an above %0 high yield savings account by the way.

My husband & I both have been customers for over 15 years, multi states, different cities in Ohio and THIS place is awful. We were denied service by a banker because he said he has to take care of others ahead of us, although we were there first & I watched someone ELSE take them. Then the teller said he couldn't help us either & we would need to be seen by someone else!! We needed 10 minutes of help & WERE looking at bring our business accts here.... not anymore.
